Abstract

By understanding how information systems change work rules, we can identify new challenges and, at the same time, find opportunities to improve worker productivity and well-being. The main goal is optimal recruitment, providing maximum benefits for both parties. Judging from its nature, this research is qualitative descriptive research. The qualitative descriptive research method is based on the philosophy of postpositivism, which is usually used to study the conditions of natural objects, where researchers act as key instruments and carry out and describe a situation objectively or based on apparent facts. This crew Recruitment Information System is designed to facilitate the implementation of the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) between polytechnics and shipping companies. This recruitment system accelerates the process of finding quality crew. With advanced features and data integration, companies can get the right candidates and ensure that all requirements are met transparently. The result is a system that facilitates recruitment management and increases transparency and experience for prospective crew, producing a more skilled workforce that meets the company's needs.
