Fleet management efficiency is a significant challenge for shipping companies in Indonesia, especially in addressing fragmented data, slow decision-making, and high operational costs. This study aims to develop an integrated fleet management system based on digital technology to enhance operational efficiency and company performance. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive and experimental design involving data collection through interviews, questionnaires, and direct observations at national shipping companies. The study's findings indicate that implementing an integrated fleet management system based on digital technology can improve data accuracy, accelerate decision-making, and reduce operational costs by up to 15%. The system also significantly impacts vessel maintenance management and fuel savings. Although there are challenges regarding infrastructure readiness and human resources, the study recommends that shipping companies invest in technology and provide intensive training to support successful system implementation. This research offers practical contributions for shipping companies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness through digital transformation.
